Basic Shooting Training I is the ideal first step for anyone who wants to become familiar with the basics of safe and effective shooting. This course is designed for complete beginners and those looking to apply for a firearm license who need solid foundations to build on. Emphasizing individual attention, we aim to provide maximum support and focus for each participant.

You will learn how to properly hold a firearm, the fundamentals of aiming, and how to handle the firearm safely. This course will give you the confidence to shoot, familiarize you with basic principles, and prepare you for further shooting levels.

Course Overview:

• Introduction to training concepts
• Legislation, safety, and principles
• Familiarization with the firearm and safe handling
• Carrying and positioning the firearm and accessories (methods – pros/cons)
• Static aimed shooting – stance, grip, aiming, and trigger control (reset)
• Drawing, grip, and firearm carry
• Malfunction clearing (unplanned/tactical)
• Shooting with both strong and weak hands
• Psychological aspects I

What You’ll Need:

• Notebook and pen
• Appropriate clothing based on the season and current weather conditions
• Pistol + 2 magazines and holster (for pistol or magazines)
• Eye and ear protection
• Sturdy belt and appropriate footwear
• Minimum 100 rounds of ammunition
• An open mind and a willingness to learn

• Rental of protective gear (eye and ear protection) is free of charge
• Range rental is not included in the course price
• Firearm rental and ammunition are not included in the course price
• Firearm rental available: €30 per course – payment on the day of the course
