This course is designed for all shooters who want to enhance their skills in challenging and realistic situations where decision-making and stress management play a crucial role. It focuses on understanding the effects of stress on the human body and how to mitigate them. The training includes video analysis, simulations with Simunition FX, heart rate monitoring, and much more. No firearm license is required to participate, but the course is strictly for individuals aged 18 and older. The training is conducted under the auspices of SFEG Slovakia.

Psychological preparedness is a key factor in decision-making for those carrying firearms in civilian life or using them professionally. Understanding the legal evaluation of risk and high-risk situations is essential.

This training covers:

  • Verbal & non-verbal communication techniques – how to de-escalate tense situations.
  • Decision-making under stress – understanding its effects on the body and how to manage them.
  • Real-life scenario training – participants engage in model situations recorded on camera.
  • Heart rate monitoring – real-time analysis of physiological responses.
  • Comprehensive stress analysis – providing insights into individual reactions and improvement strategies.

We use FX Simunition Glock 17 training weapons, which closely mimic real firearms in function. These non-lethal but pain-inducing training tools are widely used by special forces for realistic training. This experience provides valuable psychological insights and helps participants develop mental resilience.
